File of Life
The File of Life Program, available free to all Hopewell Valley residents, allows a person to document their current medications, medical and health conditions, and persons to contact in the event of an emergency, making all of this vital information quickly and easily available for first responders. Each kit includes two red plastic envelopes that contain your important medical information - one magnetized for your refrigerator, one wallet size. To request a kit, call (609) 537-0238.
