Full-time Municipal Housing Liaison - Hopewell Township (Mercer) is seeking a candidate to ensure that all affordable housing projects are established and managed in accordance with regulations. The role includes monitoring the status of all restricted units within the municipality's Fair Share Plan and serving as the primary contact for inquiries from the State, Administrative Agents, developers, affordable housing sponsors, property owners, property managers, and interested households. The candidate will be responsible for compiling, verifying, and submitting annual reports, as well as attending and coordinating meetings with Administrative Agents, developers, affordable housing sponsors, and owners. The ability to work independently is essential. A qualified candidate must possess an Affordable Housing Professional Certification or be able to obtain one within one year. Salary-$69,752-$85,743 per year. Benefit package includes health, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance, pension plan, 457 plan, and paid vacation, sick time, personal days, as well as holidays. Per Diem Registered Environmental Health Specialist - Hopewell Township (Mercer) - Seeking a Registered Environmental Health Specialist to be responsible for the enforcement of State and municipal laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations relating to environmental health and sanitation programs. Performs sanitary inspections of food and beverage establishments, youth camps, public bathing places, body art facilities, daycare facilities and tanning facilities. Conduct water supply program including onsite well inspections in accordance with state and township ordinances. Conduct hazardous waste site assessments. Must possess a valid Registered Environmental Health Specialist license issued by New Jersey. Must be available to work weekends, as needed. Work up to 24 hours a week at an hourly rate between $34.39 to $42.28.
