Full-time Municipal Housing Liaison - Hopewell Township (Mercer) is seeking a candidate to ensure that all affordable housing projects are established and managed in accordance with regulations. The role includes monitoring the status of all restricted units within the municipality's Fair Share Plan and serving as the primary contact for inquiries from the State, Administrative Agents, developers, affordable housing sponsors, property owners, property managers, and interested households. The candidate will be responsible for compiling, verifying, and submitting annual reports, as well as attending and coordinating meetings with Administrative Agents, developers, affordable housing sponsors, and owners. The ability to work independently is essential. A qualified candidate must possess an Affordable Housing Professional Certification or be able to obtain one within one year. Salary-$69,752-$85,743 per year.
