June 27th marks the annual observance of National HIV Testing Day, a day to encourage everyone to know their HIV status by getting tested. HIV is a treatable, chronic illness thanks to major advancements in HIV research. Testing is an important step in protecting your health and the health of your partner(s). HIV testing is available at the Henry J. Austin Health Center by calling 609-278-5900 or making an appointment online at https://henryjaustin.org/service/hiv-counseling-testing/ 

Hopewell Township residents can also receive local, free, and confidential screening for other sexually transmitted diseases (STD’s) every Tuesday morning at the Hamilton Township Health Department.
