On October 3rd, between 12am and 5am, weather permitting, Mercer County will be spraying for mosquitoes at the Elm Ridge Rd and Blue Spruce Drive areas. The product is Merus 3.0. Learn more about it here.
Please be advised the county maintains no regular “spraying schedule” or "spraying list."
These applications are only conducted in specific areas when deemed absolutely necessary and under the appropriate environmental conditions. They are done in order to bring mosquito populations to tolerable levels or to reduce the risk of mosquito-borne diseases. More information can be found here.
