PSE&G began overhead construction activities on Blackwell Road between Rt. 31 and Pennington- Lawrenceville Road. Work hours are 9am – 3pm. The shoulder will be closed with a lane shift. Traffic crews will be onsite to control the flow of traffic. Construction activities are expected to continue through the end of the month (August).
