We are in for rain with possible thunderstorms all day today, which could become heavy at times. We have a Flood Watch through this evening, which means rainfall could fall at rates of 1- 2 inches per hour. Since we have had so little rain recently, the ground is very dry and is unable to absorb water if it falls at a high rate. So be aware of flooding. NEVER drive through floods. Water as little as 6 inches can be dangerous.
