Public Health logo

Families needing extra support have many resources in our community.

Hopewell Township ensures that free well-baby check-ups and immunizations are accessible for uninsured children. For more information, contact our Public Health Nurse at (609) 537-0238. In addition, the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium can provide dedicated support for WIC, food stamps, health insurance, and prenatal support. For parents concerned that an infant or toddler may have developmental delays, Early Intervention Services are available to help. Please visit https://nj.gov/health/fhs/eis/for-families/when/ or call 888-653-4463. It takes a village!
