Get yourself on the list for your turn to receive the COVID-19 vaccine!
Sign up now at https://covidvaccine.nj.gov to pre-register and to determine your eligibility for the COVID-19 vaccine from the State of New Jersey. On this site you will input your personal, contact, health insurance and demographic information. You will also define your employment and if you have any health reasons that might affect your eligibility. You'll find out which group you are in, and if the screening determines you are eligible now, you'll be able to make an appointment. If not, you'll receive an email that confirms your registration and identifies the group you are in.
Currently the state is vaccinating Group 1A, which includes healthcare and other frontline workers, and people in senior living facilities.
