Hopewell Township, Mercer County, NJ - Please be advised that Elm Ridge Road (CR 625) is scheduled to be resurfaced starting on or about November 12, 2025 as a part of the 2025 Mercer County Road Resurfacing Project.
The project is expected to last approximately two days, weather permitting. Hours of operation will be between 9:00am - 3:30pm.
Detour Routes:
- West end: from northbound Pennington-Rocky Hill Road (at Elm Ridge Road): continue northbound on Pennington-Rocky Hill Road. Make a right onto Carter Road, to Elm Ridge Road. * Local traffic only on Elm Ridge Rd between Pennington-Rocky Hill Rd and Blue Spruce Dr
- East end: from Carter Road (at Elm Ridge Rd): travel northbound on Carter Road. Make a left onto Pennington Rocky Hill Rd to Elm Ridge Road. * Local traffic only on Elm Ridge Rd between Alta Vista Dr and Carter Rd
