Hopewell Valley Gardens for Wildlife is now working to make Hopewell Valley (Hopewell Township, Hopewell Borough and Pennington Borough) a National Wildlife Federation Certified Community Wildlife Habitat™.
Certifying individual properties is a large component of the Community Wildlife Habitat program. All properties including homes, common areas, schools, and nature centers can be certified using the Certified Wildlife Habitat website. To become certified a property must fulfill the following five requirements: food, water, cover, places to raise young, and sustainable practices.
