Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 and the Hopewell Township Land Use and Development Ordinance 17-1.3, notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to the Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan of the Hopewell Township Master Plan on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. via the Zoom videoconferencing platform. Individuals calling into the number or connecting via videoconferencing platform will be able to fully participate in the meeting and provide public comment. A copy of the amended Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan is posted on the Municipal website (https://hopewelltwp.org/291/Planning-Board ) and is on file in the Planning Office, available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
