Traffic Calming Initiative Notice - Beginning on or around March 12, Hopewell Township will enhance safety at the intersection of Pennington-Titusville Road and Scotch Road by installing an all-way stop. In conjunction with this modification, the speed limit on Pennington-Titusville Road and Scotch Road as they approach the intersection will be reduced to improve reaction times for drivers. Furthermore, on or about March 24, Mercer County will also institute an all-way stop at the intersections of Pennington-Harbourton Road and Burd Road. This initiative will be complemented by a decrease in the speed limits along the Pennington-Harbourton approaches to the newly established all-way stop, fostering a safer environment for both motorists and pedestrians in the area.
