Notice is hereby given by the Township of Hopewell that a Bid in accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. Seq., will be received by the Township on May 1, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. prevailing time in the Municipal Building, 201 Washington Crossing- Pennington Rd., Titusville, N.J.08560, at which time and place the sealed proposals will be received for the following:

NOTE:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.

Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq., This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4).
