Collection months: Twice a year in May & October

Registration is not required for brush collection. Brush will be collected by zone except along Routes 29 and 31. Pickup for Routes 29 and 31 will be picked up after Zone 3. Brush must be placed out by 7am on start dates:

Zone 1- May 1 and Oct 10, 2023                     

Zone 2- May 8 and Oct 16, 2023                       

Zone 3- May 15 and Oct 23, 2023               

Route 29 & 31- May 22 and Oct 30, 2022

 Guidelines per Township Ordinance:

• Brush and tree pruning only. No vines, multiflora rose, bamboo, or ornamental grasses
• Do not place brush in street, gutter or within 10 ft. of any storm drain inlet. Brush may be placed up to the edge of pavement or to the inside edge of curb
• Do not place brush on sidewalks or in a manner that obstructs safe street or driveway sight distances.
• Placement of brush must occur on property from which the brush originated
• Brush mixed with leaves will NOT be collected
• Placed out in an orderly manner with all butts facing road
• Only permitted to be placed out seven days prior to scheduled collection
• All wire, nails and metal shall be completely removed from the pile
• Maximum pile size – 4 feet wide x 4 feet high x 15 feet long. Disposal of brush in excess of this volume shall be the responsibility of the homeowner and removed within 10 calendar days of the Township having performed collection services
• Small twigs must be bagged
• Limbs no longer than 4 feet or wider than 6” diameter
• Diseased material and firewood will NOT be collected
• Tree stumps, trunks and limbs in excess of 6” diameter will not be collected
