Mission Statement
Hopewell Township Municipal Court is a branch of the statewide judiciary system and maintains its independence from the executive branch of Hopewell TownshipWhile maintaining our integrity and independence, our mission is to provide quality customer service. As a team of skilled professionals, we are committed to ensuring equal justice to all who come in contact with this court.
Long-Term Goals
The long-term goals and objectives for the municipal court are:- To maintain full compliance with the directives of the Administrative Offices of the Courts.
- Complete and maintain the master filing system of traffic tickets and criminal complaints.
- To complete the clearing-up of outstanding traffic tickets, locating better addresses, issuing warrants and collecting contempt of court for the non-appearance of these tickets.
