A. CASE 2008-9 – HOPEWELL VALLEY GOLF CLUB – Postponed at applicant’s request.
B. CASE 2008-16 – CHRIS KNEPPERS, 9 Kimberly Court, Princeton, NJ 08540, has applied for use variance for property located at 102 Grandview Avenue (Block 8, Lot 44 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicant requests 5 foot height variance for house to be constructed.
C. CASE 2008-18 – JACEK SLAZA, 2357 Pennington Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 88, Lot 15 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the SI zoning district. Applicant requests variance for 4’ by 3’ home occupation sign.
D. CASE 2008-19 – JOEL STAHMER & FRANCESCA CALDERONE-STEICHEN, 19 Maple Lane, Pennington, NJ 08534, have applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 72, Lot 48 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-100 zoning district. Applicant requests 15-foot left side yard setback variance (2 feet additional from current non-conforming setback) to construct second story addition.
