A. CASE 2008-9 – HOPEWELL VALLEY GOLF CLUB, 114 Pennington-Hopewell Road, Hopewell, NJ 08525, has applied for variance for property located at the same address (Block 37, Lot 6 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicant is seeking approval for signs with fencing on both sides of the driveway entrance.
B. CASE 2008-14 –KEVIN KENYON & JANE H. KENYON, 507 Province Line Road, Skillman, NJ 08558, have applied for use variance and waiver of site plan for property located at 138 Province Line Road (Block 15, Lot 5.01 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicant requests approval to install “mother-in-law suite” in connection with addition to existing house.
C. CASE 2008-15 –MYLES & DEBORAH McGRATH, 182 Hopewell-Wertsville Road, Hopewell, NJ 08525, have applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 4, Lot 7 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the MRC zoning district. Applicants request 61.9 foot front yard setback variance (18.5 feet additional to pre-existing nonconforming front setback) to construct addition to existing dwelling.
