A.     CASE 2008-9 – HOPEWELL VALLEY GOLF CLUB, 114 Pennington-Hopewell Road, Hopewell, NJ 08525, has applied for variance for property located at the same address (Block 37, Lot 6 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district.  Applicant is seeking approval for signs with fencing on both sides of the driveway entrance.

 

B.    CASE 2008-10 – RENPING WANG, 12 Navesink Drive, Pennington, NJ 08534, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 78.14, Lot 6 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-5 zoning district.  Applicant requests 8 foot rear yard setback variance to construct deck on back of existing dwelling.

 

C.    CASE 2008-11 – GREG & DONNA BREZ, 36 Burd Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, have applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 48, Lot 57 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-100 zoning district.  Applicant requests 16.6 foot front yard setback variance to construct porch onto front of existing dwelling.

 

D.    CASE 2008-12 – REGINALD & ALIYA BROWNE, 22 Hallett Drive, Pennington, NJ 08534, have applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 62, Lot 12.25 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-200 zoning district.  Applicant requests 1.5 percent lot coverage variance to construct patio, outdoor fireplace and pavilion.

 

E.     CASE 2005-27-AMENDMENT - WILLIAM J. CORBOY, 8 Stymiest Road, Lambertville, NJ 08530 has applied for hardship variance for property located on River Road (Route 29) (Block 132, Lot 1.01 (formerly Lots 1 & 2) on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the C1 zoning district. Applicant requests amendment to earlier approvals for 5 foot height variance to allow for ground level garage under two-family structure.

 

F.     CASE 2008-13 –JOSEPH A. BONDI, JR., 32 Wilfred Avenue, Titusville, NJ 08560, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 118, Lot 12.01 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-50 zoning district.  Applicant requests 3 foot height variance for reconstructed detached garage.
