A. CASE 2008-7 – GEORGE & ANNE CARCAGNO, 289 Pennington-Harbourton Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, have applied for a conditional use variance for property located at the same address (Block 50, Lot 6 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicants seek 4-foot variance from required distance between two dwellings on one lot in connection with the conversion of an existing outbuilding to a caretaker’s cottage.
B. CASE 2008-8 – THEODORE WILK AND KAREN WILK, 238 Federal City Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, have applied for use variance and any associated hardship or bulk variances for property located at the same address (Block 77, Lot 2 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicants seek expansion of existing farm market business into nursery and landscaping business.
C. CASE 2008-9 – HOPEWELL VALLEY GOLF CLUB, 114 Pennington-Hopewell Road, Hopewell, NJ 08525, has applied for variance for property located at the same address (Block 37, Lot 6 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicant is seeking approval for signs with fencing on both sides of the driveway entrance.
