A. CASE 2008-1 - RELY PROPERTIES, LLC, c/o Rebecca Lynn, 1008 River Road, Ewing, NJ, 08628, has applied for use variance for property located at 1266 River Road (Block 98, Lot 29 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-150 zoning district. Applicant seeks approval to construct addition to existing house to create affordable and market senior apartment units. Postponed to April 16, 2008 special ZBOA meeting.
B. CASE 2008-4 – JON & ROBIN McCONAUGHY, 20 Long Way, Hopewell, NJ 08525, have applied for use variance and hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 14, Lot 15 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district. Applicants seek approval for use variance to construct third principal structure on property and height variance to permit said structure to exceed permitted 18-foot height.
C. CASE 2008-5 – RALPH & LAURA PUGLOISE, 15 Stout Road, Hopewell, NJ 08525, have applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 40, Lot 9.03 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the MRC zoning district. Applicants request 5 percent bulk design variance relief for driveway grade.
D. CASE 2008-6 – LAURA HALAS, 128 Lambertville-Hopewell Road, Hopewell, NJ 08525, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 5, Lot 30 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the MRC zoning district. Applicant is seeking 65-foot left side yard setback variance to construct outdoor riding ring 35 feet from property line.
