A.     CASE 2008-1 - RELY PROPERTIES, LLC, c/o Rebecca Lynn, 1008 River Road, Ewing, NJ, 08628, has applied for use variance for property located at 1266 River Road (Block 98, Lot 29 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-150 zoning district.  Applicant seeks approval to construct addition to existing house to create affordable and market senior apartment units.  Continued from January 9 ZBOA meeting.

 

B.    CASE 2008-3 – ELIZABETH AND PETER BELL, 16 Woodmere Way, Pennington, NJ 08534, have applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 72, Lot 7.26 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district.  Applicant seeks approval for 5.5% lot coverage variance to construct in ground swimming pool and patio.
