A. CASE 2008-1 - RELY PROPERTIES, LLC, c/o Rebecca Lynn, 1008 River Road, Ewing, NJ, 08628, has applied for use variance for property located at 1266 River Road (Block 98, Lot 29 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-150 zoning district.  Applicant seeks approval to construct addition to existing house to create affordable and market senior apartment units.  To Be Continued to March 5 ZBOA meeting.

B. CASE 2008-2 – LUCASH MONTGOMERY BUILDERS, LLC, 2432 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648, has applied for use variance and waiver of site plan for property located at 340 Pennington-Rocky Hill Road (Block 45, Lot 1.02 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district.  Applicant seeks approval to adapt existing buildings for use of the property for a small business.
