A.     CASE 2008-9 – HOPEWELL VALLEY GOLF CLUB – Postponed at applicant’s request.

 

B.    CASE 2008-16 – CHRIS KNEPPERS, 9 Kimberly Court, Princeton, NJ 08540, has applied for use variance for property located at 102 Grandview Avenue (Block 8, Lot 44 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the VRC zoning district.  Applicant requests 5 foot height variance for house to be constructed.

 

C.    CASE 2008-17 – DAVID E. LARKIN, 3 Diverty Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 87, Lot 129 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-100 zoning district.  Applicant requests 35 foot front yard setback variance (13 feet additional to pre-existing nonconforming front setback) for front porch.

 

D.    CASE 2008-18 – JACEK SLAZA, 2357 Pennington Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 88, Lot 15 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the SI zoning district.  Applicant requests variance for 4’ by 3’ home occupation sign.

 

E.     CASE 2008-19 – HELEN BENNETT, 282 Wargo Road, Pennington, NJ 08534, has applied for hardship variance for property located at the same address (Block 38.10, Lot 6 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-100 zoning district.  Applicant requests 14 foot right side yard setback variance for detached garage.
