VOTE BY MAIL BALLOTS
If you are a qualified and registered voter of Hopewell Township who wants to vote by mail in the Hopewell Township Special Election on May 8, 2012 or in any other election you must complete a Vote by Mail application form. Application forms may be obtained from the Mercer County Clerk’s Office at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ 08650, 609-989-6494; the Hopewell Township Clerk’s Office, 201 Washington Crossing-Pennington Road, Titusville, NJ 08560; 609-737-0605 or online at www.njelections.org or http://nj.gov/counties/mercer/ Mail in ballot requests should be mailed to Paula Sollami Covello, Mercer County Clerk, 209 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ 08650. Mail-in ballots will not be provided to any applicant unless the request is received at least seven (7) days before the election; however, a voter may request an application in person from the county clerk up to 3:00 p.m. the day before the election.
