If your home has suffered significant structural damage and you anticipate that the current condition will remain in effect for a significant period of time before it becomes fully functional again please contact the Assessor’s office so that we can set up an inspection to determine if a reduction of the assessed value for 2013 is warranted.
You will also need to fill out the assessment review form (click here). If the value is reduced once the repairs are completed there may be an added assessment to bring the value back in line with other non-damaged properties.
