Officer Commendation
Hopewell Township Police Department employees come in contact with many people on a day-to-day basis. Often citizens wish to commend an employee for a job well done or in appreciation for handling a situation in a noteworthy manner. To obtain a copy of the police department commendation form click here. The completed form should be forwarded to the police department at the address below. Copies of the form will be forwarded to the employee and also placed in the employee’s personnel file.
