News release - New 2011 fees adopted for health department permits and Animal control pet licenses and activities
Hopewell Township adopts new fees effective for all 2011 dog and cat license renewals and for all other health department 2011 issued permits and activities.
Renewals for dog and cat licenses are being mailed out this week reflecting the new township dog & cat license fee of $21 plus the additional state fee of $1.20 for dogs only. An additional state fee of $3.00 is added for all non-altered pets.
This year’s renewal is in a letter format, the bottom section is returned to the animal control office with check and any rabies renewal.
Applications for all health department permits have been increased for all permit applications or letter of review applications being submitted on or after December 31, 2010.
The new fees are listed in the 2010 Fee ordinance, and is indicated by being highlighted and underscored. Please contact the health department for questions relating to the new fees.
