FOR SALE/RESALE Hopewell Township’s sale units are located in the Brandon Farms and Pennington Point (ages 55 and over) developments. They consist of one, two and three bedroom condominiums and townhouses. This program is managed for the township by Housing Affordability Services (HAS), a State agency located in Trenton. Available units are posted on the website: www.njhousing.gov for a period of two weeks during which time applications are accepted for that unit only.
