Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the Hopewell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., Hopewell Township Municipal Building, 201 Washington Crossing-Pennington Road, Titusville, NJ.

The agenda for said meeting to the extent known, and a statement of whether or not formal action may be taken as to items on the agenda are as follows:

AGENDA: CASE 2008-1 - RELY PROPERTIES, LLC, c/o Rebecca Lynn, 1008 River Road, Ewing, NJ, 08628, has applied for use variance for property located at 1266 River Road (Block 98, Lot 29 on the Hopewell Township Tax Map) in the R-150 zoning district.  Applicant seeks approval to construct addition to existing house to create affordable and market senior apartment units.  Continued from January 9 ZBOA meeting.
