Programs & Services

The Department publishes two annual seasonal brochures that are mailed to every resident. The current Spring/Summer 2018 Program Guide details a wide variety of community trips, family trips, senior programs, youth & teen programs, summer camps, and community events. This spring and summer we are heading on some new adventures, exploring new destinations, and returning to some of our favorite places.

We will explore the NY Botanical Gardens in May and our spring overnight trip will take us to the Gold Coast of Long Island and the Hamptons! We have another Surprise Trip scheduled in June along with a trip to Citizen’s Bank Park to see the Phillies take on the Yankees. We will travel to Broadway, cruise the Toms River and take in a couple of great shows as well. As summer comes to a close, we are going to the Hudson River Valley to explore two more fantastic river estates, travel to the “Secret Valley” of the Colebrookdale Railroad to enjoy lunch on an 18th century dining car, and enjoy “Brigadoon” at the Candlelight Theatre in Delaware. Our fall overnight trip will take us to the Finger Lakes Region of New York State to explore Lake Canandaigua, dine at the Bellhurst Castle, tour the Sonnenberg Gardens and visit the Corning Museum of Glass. Take a look at all the events under the "Register for Programs and Events" tab and don’t hesitate to come in, call or log into our online reservation system and register…..our trips fill up fast!

In addition to all the fantastic Community Trips, there will be plenty of programs available to youth and teens in the coming months. This summer, two new activities will be offered; volleyball camp and a series of softball clinics. We will also sponsor Art in the Park, baseball camps, field hockey camps and leagues, soccer technical training and conditioning camps and the USA multi-sport camp. There will be four weeks of Teen Travel Camp with destinations that include beaches, amusement parks, themed restaurants, white water rafting and more! Please click on any one of our Community Trips or Camps in the "Register for Programs and Events" tab for more details.
